Pricing FAQs
Quick answers to what teams ask most about plans, billing cycles, workspaces, add ons, discounts, and cancellation terms.
Which plan should I pick?
Brands suits a single company running one workspace, with every limit applied to that workspace. Agencies suits teams managing several client workspaces from one account, where workspaces, XEO questions, and blogs are all priced per unit. Enterprise suits organizations that need unlimited scale plus custom procurement, integrations, and security review. All three include the full GetXEO feature set.
What counts as a workspace?
A workspace tracks one brand with its own dashboards, scans, audits, blogs, XEO questions, and monthly quotas. The Brands plan includes one workspace and applies every limit to it. Agencies prices each additional workspace separately and meters usage at account level. Enterprise unlocks unlimited workspaces. A single login can hold every workspace your plan permits.
How do the quarterly and annual discounts work?
Monthly billing carries the standard rate. Quarterly billing takes a further 10 percent off that rate and annual billing takes a further 20 percent, both on top of the launch discount already shown on the card. The saving applies for as long as the term runs and the price is locked for that period.
What is an XEO question?
An XEO question is a buyer intent prompt we track across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to measure whether your brand appears in the answer. The Brands plan includes 100 questions per workspace. Once a workspace defines its questions they stay fixed for six months so the score has a stable baseline to move against.
How does blog volume work?
The Brands plan includes 50 blogs per month, produced as one interconnected mesh rather than isolated posts. Unused blogs do not roll over into the following month. If a month needs more than the included volume, the blogs add on raises the ceiling for that month without changing your plan.
How are add ons billed?
Add ons apply to the Brands plan only. Each one is 100 dollars per month and renews alongside your plan cycle. Add on capacity expires at the end of the month it is bought in and does not carry forward. Agencies already prices every unit individually and Enterprise is unlimited, so neither needs them.
How is Agencies priced?
Agencies is priced per unit at account level rather than as a flat monthly fee, because client counts and content volume vary widely between agencies. You pay per workspace, per 100 XEO questions, and per 100 blogs per month. Book a demo and a specialist will scope the account and share a quote within one business day.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation stops billing at the end of the current paid term. Your workspaces then switch to a viewable state so you keep access to reports, scans, audits, and every blog already shipped. Reactivating later resumes everything without losing history. Enterprise plans follow the contract terms agreed at signing.
